At MYSH, we believe that to achieve our goals we must be trusted by the society. As a company, we must be able to efficiently manage the challenges and requirements society imposes on our activities. We must recognize that our operations may impact the communities in which we operate. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reflects our commitment to sustainable development, ethical conduct, and the well-being of society and the environment. This statement serves as a cornerstone of our operations.
Corporate Responsibility and Principles
Corporate responsibility shall be reflected in our core values, in the quality of our work and products, and in our entire range of activities. There must be coherence and synergy between what we say and what we do.
Scope and Objectives
The CSR Policy applies to all stakeholders, including employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners. Key objectives include:
Reducing environmental impact via responsible material sourcing, waste reduction, and recycling.
Promoting energy efficiency and integrating renewable energy into operations.
Fostering employee development through training and mentorship programs.
Ensuring occupational safety and ethical practices in all operations.
Engaging with local communities to create shared value and long-term benefits.
CSR and Anti-corruption (Openness)
MYSH shall be a transparent and open company toward the general public, the authorities, partners, the local community and media. We shall conduct our business in an ethical manner and work against all forms of corruption.
Cooperation with other parties
MYSH shall show transparency regarding risk and how we manage different aspects of our activities. We shall contribute to an open dialogue both internally as well as externally.
Empowering Youth Through Project Management in Collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation.
As part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community development, our Project Manager, Engineer Younis Al Shabatat, volunteered to deliver lectures on project management to the youth of Tafilah City.
This initiative was organized in collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation, aiming to empower young people with essential skills and knowledge to advance their careers and contribute to their communities.
