Tafileh Industrial City project included site preparation and the construction of essential service buildings such as the banks building, cafeteria, and supermarket. It also encompassed the completion of infrastructure works, including water, sewage, electrical, and road networks. The project further included the construction of the ground and elevated water tanks and the pump station area, along with the implementation of the main entrances, boundary fences, administrative buildings, and all external works and supporting services that ensured the full operational readiness of the industrial city.

The works also included the construction of a dedicated truck road to enhance logistics movement within the site, as well as the implementation of stormwater drainage systems to protect the area and ensure the efficient performance of the infrastructure. Additionally, the project included the installation and construction of steel structures to support various industrial and service facilities.
